CYCLE LIGHT – BR35 1800 Lumens + 6800mAh Rechargeable Battery

The 1800 Lumens NiteCore BR35 is new on the market as of April 2018 , and it is awesome. It features a close range and long range LED and can be adjusted to activate one or both. Brightness levels are adjustable via the + or – buttons. Includes an optional remote pressure switch. Device is small and fully self-contained so there is no annoying separate battery pack or battery pack cables. Battery is 6800Mah (USB recharge) and can run from 1hour to 17hours. Mounting is easy via the handlebar click-on click-off connector. Use the warning strobe light for daytime riding. The OLED display is a fancy bonus and indicates mode and remaining runtime. I previously had a light with a separate battery pack and cable which needed regular charging , so from that point of view, it is fare more compact and hassle free. The various modes with two different lights are a big plus, there is far more options for different  types of riding and the lowest strength is more than ample. It’s a bonus to be able to see the amount of run time left, as you can easily gauge when to recharge and not end up with a dead battery half way through a ride.  The NiteCore BR35 fit easily onto the handlebar and even over corrugations with my MTB, it was very stable. It seems to be well made and the remote switch is a nifty extra. This will be the perfect light for the Baviaans ride that I do regularly and I’m sure you will be getting some more orders from Knysna, there has been lots of interest in your NiteCore light. It works very similar to a car’s headlights, with a bright and dipped beam, only better because you can also vary the brightness levels of both. The dipped beam gives a bright wide light covering most of what you need to see on a bike at night. The bright beam throws a narrower light out in the distance so you can see what’s coming up with ease. The unit is light and solid and the fact that the battery is inside the unit, not connected by a cord like some bike lights is great. I feel confident when riding with this light at night and would recommend it to anybody. Craig Parker, JHB. Hi Celesti. I am super happy with my purchase. Especially the build quality and brightness! With winter time approaching I get to ride in the dark quite often. It certainly lights up the ride.Wow it’s insanely bright!!!(compared to other units). Battery life is awesome. Especially on lower settings which is mostly adequate on my rides, but having the extra beam is always a bonus if needed. Very solid good looking unit and the remote switch is an added bonus. At first I didn’t think of using the remote. Now I love it. Especially if you need to toggle through the different settings without getting distracted by having to press the actual unit.
